Mission statement and values

Our society and our education system enable school-age children and young people with a diagnosed mental, physical or psychological disability to receive support in everyday life.

Regardless of their limitations or deficits, they deserve equal treatment and have a right to support in order to realise their full potential.

Inclusion enables affected children and young people to follow lessons better, learn better, integrate better into the community and thus participate better in social life.

We will be happy to advise you on the application process.

Your personal school helper accompanies your child through everyday life as a school or individual companion. We, the school helpers, will find the right school or individual companion for your child.

Children and young people with disabilities are unique individuals with their own needs, wishes, abilities, but also difficulties. It is important to recognise their individuality and offer them the same opportunities and possibilities as all other people in our society. By providing adequate school support, it is possible to compensate for the child's existing obstacles and help them to realise their potential.

Our Goal is to create a positive and supportive environment in which the children concerned can continue to develop. Every child has the potential to develop personally, socially and academically, and we want to play our part in this.

Through our Service we strengthen the children and young people's trust in us and therefore also in themselves. We offer them safe and reliable support in which they can feel comfortable and protected. Through targeted help and support, we help them to discover and develop their individual strengths. Extensive and optimal preparation in relation to you and your child is our top priority.

We keep you regularly informed about the progress of your child's development and are available to you as a point of contact.

The School and class leaders rely on our support. The school helpers make a valuable contribution to the formation and development of the social school community and, at the school's request, also provide further support for the teachers in the class or group.
